At Gravgear, we stand by the quality of our performance equipment and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in original condition. If your gear doesn't help you push your limits, we are committed to making it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Ensure all sports equipment and apparel are unused, in their original packaging, and include all technical tags and documentation.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse verifies the condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
